my video is playing at the background image of my video editing. How to bring the video to the page ?

Put the video you want on top on the highest video track.

Your question is not clear, perhaps have another go at it.

Do you want the frame with the person to be smaller or in a different place? Click that track and using the effects controls panel, modify the scale and position proerties.
