I am having an issue with my playback on my MacBook pro 2014.

It was working fine but now video, text or photos won't playback. The audio works fine.

I have cleared catches and reset settings, and uninstall the program.

help please.

try to change video preview settings to QuickTime or GoPro Cineform,

from Sequence Settings, and check the renderer from project settings.

Hi Jose30689827sxck!

Thank you for reaching out. Which macOS do you have? Can you share media details (codec/format, frame rate, frame size)? Which device is used to capture footage?

Let us know.

I have a MacbookPro Mid 2014  and I was using Mac Os, Big Sur. Someone told it it was something to do with my GPU and recommended changing the Video rendering and playback to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only and that fixed it but I do have some projects that have effects and transitions that need to use the Mercury Playback GPU Acceleration (Metal).
My computer can't update to the new Mac Os12.3.
Big Sur is the last update it will take.

So I have to wipe my computer and go back to Catalina because I don't know what at Mac Os it stopped working.
