Video preview window problem

In previous versions, after the video in the preview window was enlarged, there was a scroll wheel in the red frame to move the preview position up and down. But in the 2024 version, I currently don’t see the scroll bar on the right, so I would like to ask if there are any shortcut keys or settings to call out the scroll bar function?

Press 'H' to get the hand tool and move around... no more scroll bars
