video shrinking horizontally

my problem is when i apply any mask or warp stabilizer it proper result in program window before pre-rendering it but after pre-rendering it horizontally shrink video in program panel but when i export the video it renders it properly

You need to check your preview settings in the sequence settings.

Set program monitor to FIT instead of 25%.
