Video transition missing

I opened Premiere Pro and it said that 2 transitions I used in this Project are missing. When I try to apply them nothing happens. I have this Problem not only for the 2 listed Sapphrie transitions, but also for BCC transitions.

I tried reinstalling Premiere, reinstalling the Plugins, deliting my media chace, resetting my Plugin chace and and resetting my preferences. I also tried different versions of Premiere, all got the same issue.

 

So in the end, it seems like Premiere for some reason thinks these transitions are missing / can´t find them, but they are propably there.


(I am on windows, using Premiere 15.4.5, the latest version had the same issue)
