Virtual Choir video - Layout Suggestions

Hi

I'm a musician (with an IT background) running a choir and due to lock down have decided to make a virtual choir video.

Got most things sorted out, but am really stuck on deciding how to layout the choir when they are all singing together.

Trying to setup grid lines but it's quite difficult as I have 43 different videos.

I've sort of settled on 5 rows, but that means I need two rows of 8 and 3 rows of 9.  Visually I think it won't look too odd as there are so many different faces but maths has never been my strong point so working out what grids to do is doing my head in 🙂 

Video is 1920 X 1080

Any help or suggestions on sizing for each 'box' would be appreciated.
