i ned to understand what is meant for scratch

as you see in my language under the project preferences called "VIRTUAL MEMORY DISKS" there are several settings

Do you mean all of them with scratch files or just some of these settings?

It is a Clevo laptop, good build, but i don t want spend more money on it, as it is my secondary pc for editing

    MAinly i use my desktop

I would put the scratch files on the SSD.

What you're asking about isn't called Virtual Memory, it's called Scratch files.  You set those under File>Project Settings>Scratch Disks...

They are best set to their own dedicated drive, as below.

    C: Windows & Programs

D: Project files, still images, audio files

    E: Cache and Scratch

    F: Camera media only

    G: Exports

Virtual Memory is another thing entirely.  It's a Windows setting best left alone.

    I can't read the language.

But in English, Virtual Memory is something else entirely.  Those are the Scratch Disk settings.

I'm not clear on your question about similar settings.

In order for Premiere Pro to work smoothly, you need enough RAM so that virtual memory is never used.

That said, I would place the virtual memory on the OS drive.

    Yes.

It is generally recommended to place the Scratch Files on your fastest disk.
