Does anyone else have this problem? I want to record a voice-over and it doesn't work. I checked the internal audio settings of my new MacBook Pro as well as the internal software settings of CC 2019. Both show the VO Mic. And while I see the sound get into the laptop I don't get any audio levels in Premiere. When I tried this with the older version CC 2018 it worked as it always has. Does anyone have a fix? Do I need to install a new plugin? That would be strange, because in the VO record settings it shows that it recognises the mic...
Thanks for your help!
OMG. I've listened to videos trying to troubleshoot and no one brought up this security panel. Thank you!!
Wow, this saved my life. I had uninstalled and reinstalled Premier TWICE! thanks so much!
You guys just saved me with this , man I have been searching to the answer for this for a while. Thanks for posting this
Wow, a big fat Thank you. I would have never thought of the privacy and security panel.
Live saver. Thanks. We had checked everything BUT mic permissions in preferences. That fixed it.
THANKS!!!!!! It works!
Hey I know this is marked as solved but I figured out something I haven't found anyone online saying. So, I followed every advice and still no shot.... So I figured out the problem. If I create the project in an ssd it does not create the audio file after I press "stop".. So I created a project in the main sdd computer and it worked fine! Maybe there is a way to circunvent this but I haven't found any. If you know of any please say so 🙂
Hope this helps any lost souls like me 🙂
