Warp stabilizer problem

Hi everyone,

for some reason, in my playback, my shot is popping way out of frame and leaving me this black space. See screenshot attached

- I'm pretty experienced with this effect: i'm using subspace warp, smooth motion, and stabilize/crop/autoscale as always. the smoothness is only at 3%.

- my sequence settings were originally at 29.97 fps but i had to change that to 25... perhaps a clue?

- also a clue, it's only popping out of frame during playback, when i pause it, the frame snaps back into place.

Depending on how much the footage is scaled without warp stabilizer you could change the value of Scale by 1 up or down, that works for me. Especially 4K footage.

It's hard to make an educated guess without knowing what is happening in the footage. Is this a handheld shot or is it in a vehicle traveling down the street? Warp stabilizer can be limited if there are large items moving in your video. Depending if the camera is moving of if it's just hand held there might be some good tools for you in After Effects.
