weird horizontal pink lines in premiere

when i import videos to premiere pro i get these weird pink AND green horizontal lines on the preview of the video,

does someone knows how to fix it?

I believe this is a problem with Intel graphics.

I recommend a 1000 series nVidia card for editing systems.

but i have dell and i cant see any matcing driver

You need to update or roll back the intel driver. See post 2.

You've got a GPU driver issue there. You need to go to the GPU manufacturer's site and check the driver numbers for that GPU, against what you have installed in your computer ... and either update to a newer driver or roll-back to a previous driver until it works as expected.
