Weird vertical lines when exporting

Vertical lines or squares appear in my video when I export it. It used to happen during editing as well, but they were removed when I turned on high quality preview.
I used to record at 1080 and it didn't happen or sometimes they were visible but very little. It has started to happen when recording at 2k/4k but the recordings look fine.
