What is the: Unable to access resource error?

Hi!

I have got this error in all the newer versions of Premiere Pro.

The latest version that works without getting this error is, Premiere Pro v15.1

Do Someone know how to fix this? Or if you can fix this?

Premiere does not support svg.

Also, special characters such as @ in a file name will cause issues.

Never seen this error message myself but I would change the name of the file.
