I have clips shot on Sony A7iii camera in XAVC S HD format and they are flickering while playing on adobe premier. What sequence settings should I use?

Grab a clip and drag it into an empty timeline. This will create a sequence matching your footage.

Did that already, still stutters, but clips are fine when played in vlc media player
