Whats the best way to edit 32bit float in premiere

Question

So i recently upgraded some of my audio kit to include 32bit float. I have no problem recording and importing the audio. My question is what is the best work flow for editing the audio. At the moment im using the audio gain function and it seems to be inconsistent. So any advice would help me out.

32 Bit Float audio is an intriguing... thing. And new enough in professional workflows they haven't fully adapted the program to it.

You might ask on the Audition forum about this, as one, the audio in Premiere comes from the Audition team, and two, the volunteers over there are far more knowledgeable on audio.
