When doing control + arrow keys to nudge the shapes, it doesn't work.

So basically whenever I use the control + arrow key shortcut which should nudge the shapes according to an arrow key, it doesn't work. I kinda got it to partially work but when I especially tick the position in the transform  thing in effect controls, it just all out stops working completely. Please fix.

Steps:
1. Create a shape on the timeline

2. Go to the transform section of the shape and tick position.

3. Try using Control + Arrow Keys to move the shape.

Thats literally what I did and it isn't working for me. It should move the shape but it doens't.
