when editing text stop Macbook and need restart

I suffer from a big problem, which is any modification in the texts, the device stops 
working and needs to be restarted
I was working with a 2 minute video and the problem persisted about 5 times

Hello, is it Premiere pro 2023?

Is it an M1 mac?

Is it an US or English version, or a localized version?

Are they new text elements created in the Essential Graphic panel?
