I'm having trouble figuring out while playing back footage it will shift to a green tint. I did update to 23.5.

Typically a driver issue. Update to a newer / different video driver.

Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out. What type of media files are you editing (codec/format, frame size, frame rate)? Which OS do you have?

Hi,
I am experiencing the same. I just noticed it, never experienced that before. Now I even updated to 23.6 but problem is still there. I hit play and tint shifts to green, hit stop and tint shifts back to magenta. This is on external monitors but also on proprietary macbook screen
2021 M1 MacBookPro 32GB
Ventura 13.5
Premiere Pro 23.6
Rec 709 timeline with Prores proxy 720p and lumetri color grade
1/4, 1/2 and full playback quality all the same....
Any thoughts or solutions by now?
Best

I have exactly the same specs for my system and am experiencing the same tint shift.

Same issue here, and I am using a Mac Studio with studio monitor, latest version of everything. I spent time on the phone with Adobe tech. He made some system setting adjustments which fixed the issue, but created playback issues. Then premier switched it back on its own. So issue is back.
The question is: which one is true? The playback tint or the paused tint? At least if I knew which one is accurate when rendering and exporting, then adjustments can be made accordingly. Any luck, anyone?

Same issue. Super annoying. I think the paused tint is correct. When I render the media it plays back with the paused tint.

There are settings for those two things, playback and paused... set them both to the same, it may help. (under the WRENCH icon on the Program montitor.

Ok, so the Playback and Pause resolutions where the same, BUT High Quality Playback was unchecked. Selecting the High Quality Playback seems to have fixed the issue. Thank you!

Good, yes, it's good keep that on. I've even heard reports that there were performance issues with High Quality Playback off.
Well done! 🙂

What have you tried to fix it? What hardware are you using? Can you post any screenshots?

In the program window there is a wrench icon, click it and make sure that "High Quality Playback" is checked. That fixed the issue for me.
