Where are my Premiere Pro CS6 title templates store in Windows 10

Hello,

I want to restore my windows and have a lot of Title templates with my Premiere Pro CS6. Where are they stored so can save them?

Also I have got video export templates with Adobe Media Encoder.

I try to find them in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Pro

or C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\

Or may be I don't know which file is holding the title templates.
