Where do I install PP plugins to?

I currently have them in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2019\Plug-Ins\Common but they don't show at all in Premiere Pro. That includes LUTs, transitions, audio. Where do I need to put the plugin folders so I can see them in Premiere?

    LUTs are stored here ...

    You go into the folder tree as shown above, then when you get to the LUTs folder, you make the Technical and Creative folders inside that. Then store all your LUTs in those locations, Technical for the Basic tab Input slot, Creative for the Creative tab.

    Most plugins have an installer and most of the time are installed in Common.

    Luts are put elsewhere.

    Which plugin are you trying to install.

    Are they compatible with the version you are using?
