Where is "action bar, Tools Motion Tracking" in German version of Premiere Pro 2024

Question

Hi,
unbelievable! I can't find this option in the German version of Premiere Pro v24 (latest version):
 
English:

"In the action bar, select Tools > Motion Tracking."

German:

So do I have to do my motion tracking in Premiere manually instead of automatically?
