Where is the Crop Tool in Premiere Pro 2023?

Just quickly if anyone can let me know where the crop tool is found in the lastest version of Premiere Pro. I've searched the web and it is supposed to be within the "Effects" tab. However when I click on the clip I would like to crop, and look underneath the "Effect Controls" tab, the only options I have are Motion, Opacity, and Time Remapping in that order. Also the little search bar used in the video tutorials to look for the tool is also not present.
