Where is the effect and animation tabs?

I was watching a tutorial and i saw that the guy had more options on After Effects. I only have File, Edit, Clip, Sequence, Marker, Title, Window and Help. He had Composition, Layer, Effect, Animation and view. Where do i find these options or how can i get them? Please help.

You are talking about two different programs.

File, Edit, Clip, Sequence, Marker, Title, Window and Help yuo will find in Premiere Pro

Composition, Layer, Effect, Animation and view are part of the After Effects interface.

If you have a full subscripttion you have acces to all the programs.

If you just have Premiere Pro you can only use After Effects as a trial for 7 days.

[And please do not double post, deleted the other one]

when i was talking about after effects, i meant premiere pro, that's what i'm looking for. i forgot and thought it was after effects
