which .dll files should I delete?

I have three folders with .dll files in them, all in graphics folders for Adobe Premiere.

The program can't be using all three folders.

I need space on my laptop and I have no idea which of these to delete, if I even can.

How can I tell?

Try renaming them to old(name).dll.

If all is OK, you may be able to delete them (but archive copies, just in case).

Note:

dll files aren't large files.  Deleting a necessary dll file can cause many issues, including system instability.

A better solution would be to install a larger hard drive.

That's what I'm worried about. But again, I have a bunch of files and I can't imagine that all of them are being used. Each folder is about 1GB.

Is there any way to tell which files are being used with the current program and which aren't?
