White Balance Color Picker Does Nothing

White Balance Color Picker Does Nothing... 90% of the time.

Happens when I click on white or 18% grey, using a grey card.

The sliders literally don't move at all.

This is in Lumetri.

Any ideas how to overcome? Very frustrating.

Hello, I have the same problem. The strange thing is that the color picker doesn't work if I'm in the work space "Exential panels" or "Editing", but it works properly on the same video when I use "Color" work space.

Are all panels on the same monitor?

Are you clicking in the Program monitor, and not in Reference, Source, or Transmit Out?

Do you have any monitor scaling involved ... especially if it's at 125%?

Are you typically selecting light spots, mid-tones ... ?

Depending I usually zoom right in to a grey-card and make it fill the screen or just leave it at 100% under Effects/Motion.

However I usually shoot 4k and edit on a HD timeline - Using 'Scale to Frame Size' to make it fit the timeline.

I try to select whites and 18% grey.  The white is always within range.
