White error blur over video

Premiere Pro adds a white blur over my videoes. How to fix? Tried restarting, didn't work. The issue is not on the raw files.

Sorry to see that. What type of media files are you editing (codec/format, frame rate, frame size)? Could you share your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?

If you're on a Mac, and build 22.6 of Premiere, try going back to 22.5. See if that fixes this.
