Why are images blurry in Premiere Pro?

I can always expect some sort of glitch with PP, the latest- When I impoart images into a project they are blurry in the sequencer and when exported as an /mp4. Here's what I have:

High quality photos from my camera

Original photos are not blurry

Some are edited in PS

Importing them into PP with standard presets

Viewing in full resolution in sequencer

I use all the recommended settings when exporting

I've reduced the size of the photos and get the same results. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

What are the pixel dimensions of the original source images?

What are your Seqeuence Settings?

BTW: It helps when we use the know terms. I've not heard 'sequencer' before, you mean timeline right?
