Why can't I copy and MASS paste motion settings to clips?

If I copy a motion setting, highlight all the clips I want to add the setting too, I don't have a paste attributes option. This is so time-consuming, I don't know why this is a problem still. Please help.

Ehh, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I did try copying the motion settings and cmd+v on highlighted clips, that did work, so thank you. I don't know why this feels counter-intuitive though, weird. I went and voted for it, Dean. Thanks!

I do the copy/paste attributes thing quite a bit, never had trouble with it. But I would still love a quicker solution as you suggestion looks to be.

And even right-click on a clip, select Copy, then select other clips ... right-click the selected group and choose Paste Attributes isn't working?

The 'master motion' option sounds cool though ... post that on their UserVoice system, then post back here with a link to it. I'd upvote that ...

Select the clip on the sequence with the motion settings you want to copy. Ctrl/Cmd-C to copy.

Then select the other clips to paste to by mouse drag/clicking them as a group ... right-click, "Paste Attributes" ... and make sure only the Motion attribute is selected for pasting.

Yes, I do that but I don't get the "Paste Attributes" option. If I press command-v, it works, but only sometimes. I would love to adobe to add a setting were you can highlight clips, and still give them a master motion setting, kind of like selecting layers in After Effects and moving them around in synchronization.
