Why does ASIO4ALL keep crashing?

So before the latest update to adobe premiere pro, ASIO4ALL worked fine as the audio setting in Adobe premier pro. Now when I open up premiere with this as the setting, it will restart several times, then close itself down, then in the options will switch to not working. Is this a bug? It used to work fine in the older version.

  • Does Premiere Pro crash while selecting the ASIO audio settings?
  • Do you get any error or message?
  • Have you updated the ASIO4ALL drivers to the latest version?

      • No
    • Do you get any error or message?
      • No, it just will say not working in the settings
    • Have you updated the ASIO4ALL drivers to the latest version?
      • Yes, but no new version has been released in years, as to which is there a better more modern ASIO driver that people use on Windows 10 for Adobe premiere?
