Hi, I have a client who does not want this text showing up at the beginning of the video I made for them. Looks like it could be metadata from the file. It is quite distracting. Can anyone please tell me how can I stop this from showing?

Hi liz2319,

The text you are referring to is the file name displayed by VLC. You can disable it in VLC preferences > Subtitles/OSD > uncheck "Show media title on video start".

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks,

Vidya
