Good afternoon Adobe Support Community, so recently when I saved a video file in premiere pro onto my computer to upload to my YouTube Channel, I noticed that the video file had saved as a MPV file and not a MP4 file and I have no idea why this is happening but its really frustrating, I just want my videos to save as MP4s files so if anyone knows how to fix it please tell me by commenting down below

Thanks so much in advance!

Did you try it again, checking closely your export settings, or perhaps you let your frustration get the best of you?

Your screenshot says mp4.

General settings look ok, but you do have an odd sequence settings which you are trying to scale up to HD. Hence, the black bars all around.

So should I not scale my video up that high? @Ann Bens will that make it an MP4 file if I fix that then?

You can try multiple exports. If your exports go quickly, then use the sequence, but you can also set in/out points and just export that bit while you are testing.
