Why is every option except Correct Text at transcript greyed out?

Hey guys, hope you are well. I have a problem when using transcript. I use Pr 24.0v in win11, and I want to get rough cut by deleting useless pauses or extra words. As the screenshot I showed below, I don't know why almost every option greys out, including extract and lift . I remember I could simply use Backspace or Delete button to figure out the problem. But now I think I back to starting point by this UPDATE.

Does there anyone can help me please? Appreciated your answer.

Hi all,

thank you for your feedback - please be aware that editing on a transcript is only available for dynamic transcripts. You can convert your static to a dynamic transcript via the "..." menu in the top right of the text panel.

No canto superior direito tem a opção de mudar para dinâmico. Eu estava com esse mesmo problema. Agora já está resolvido!

Mudar de estático para dinâmico!

voce pode mandar um print de onde está essa opcao?

A nova ferramenta de transcição automática é perfeita, consigo gerá-la e fazer as legendas, mas não consigo utilizar a opção de excluir as pausas, embora elas sejam reconhecidas e selecionadas, o botão de excluir segue bloqueado. Como posso corrigir isso?
