Why is the video I imported into Premiere/Encoder half the length it actually is?

I recorded a video in Open Broadcaster Software and it is almost 19 minutes long.

However, when I import into Premiere or Encoder, it is less than 10 minutes. Its statistics are below.

Any idea what is going? Can I re-encode this? And if so, what should I use?

There's definitely something wonky with the file. I think it's the way OBS has written the info to it is causing some read and write issues by Premiere, Media Encoder, Handbrake, and most of my media players (including VLC).

Right now, unless someone can suggest another application that can read and export this correctly, the only fix I can think of is to recapture your screen playing this video and hope that OBS outputs a clean file this time. If not, try a different screen capture software.

How are you importing into PP? Drag and drop or media browser? If you are doing one way, maybe try the other way.

I wasn't sure but I just tried both, and still didn't work.

Appears to just be on import, no matter what. Very strange. I dont know whats causing it to think it's only 10 minutes long.
