First, it's normally suggested to give basic data of your system, media, and other effects, as those can all matter.

Next, are you getting changes from other sections?

If so, check that the box in the upper right of that tab is checked, as if it's blank, that turns off that tab.

If not ... check your Globle Fx Mute option in the Program monitor.
