Workflow from Sony a7III Pixelated on Export

hey, i am having this issue and it's only when i export from premiere that it gets all pixelated and the quality looks worse than if it was shot on a phone. whenever i'm previewing it in quicktime the footage looks crystal clear... did you end up resolving this issue? if so please share how, i am going crazy over this loss of quality.

Please share a screen-grab of your Export dialog settings ... like below:

Also, it's good to know what the media's framesize/rate are, to check against both the sequence settings and the output.

Thx Neil,

 

My frame rates all match up I am confident the problem is being caused by the lack of CPU from my old macbook pro. I am now investing in a bigger better machine that can handle my higher res exports.

Many times these issues are due to editing in a sequence that's the wrong size rather than something like the framerate, and I'm not sure if the CPU would make your image look any worse or better, rather than just take longer to export.
