Wraptor DCP for CS5.5 or other options

I have films projected at film festivals and need to be able to export in Wraptor DCP (or another noncompressed high quality export)  I have CS 5.5 Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.  Unfortunately, neither have Wraptor DCP.  I have tried the various compressed Exports in the past but the image quality is not acceptable.  Is there a plugin for CS5.5?  Or perhaps another option?
