左下ヒントを消したい

左下に出る操作ヒントみたいなのがチカチカして邪魔なんですけどこれって消せませんか？

今はPremiere Proの画面を少し下にずらして　パソコン画面からはみ出させてこのヒントを隠しています

結構ストレスなんですけど、なんとかなりませんか？
