Ability to create new folder in Import tab

Why do I not have the ability to make a new folder in the import tab? This is some simple 101 UI ability. Instead I have to go into Windows Explorer to make a new folder from there. Super annoying and it has been like this since you changed to the Import/Edit/Export tabs. I just cant understand why these "bugs" doesent get fixed. Dont you have meetings discussion your software interface? Arent you using your own software?

In Windows i can right click anywhere in the Import dialog to create a new folder or click on the New folder icon up left in the same dialog.

I'm talking about the import tab, which Adobe seems to want us to use.

On a side note you can skip this Import tab

Give name, location and hit OK, that is it.
