Adding mute and toggle sync lock options for locked tracks

Please add the option to mute the track and toggle sync lock when the track is locked. I often use these features and have to unlock the track multiple times.

Fun fact: if the track is locked and I press mute track or toggle sync lock with Shift, it affects the locked tracks, even though logically it shouldn't.
