Adding number labels to each shot automatically

Hi!
In my daily workflow I often have to make animatics for animation projects, and one of the most repetitive and boring tasks is to manually add numbers to each shot, so that I can export them sepparately for the animators to work on them. I need them to have the numbers like "T-001", "T-002", etc. embedded on one corner (as seen in the screenshot attached). Now I just manually create a text layer, copy and change the number, and so on, dozens of times.

Is there a plugin or some way to just select all the clips that I want labeled and then have new text layers created with the labels I want, numbered from 001 to NNN?
