allow renaming sequence in the sequence settings or the timeline hamburger menu

This is one thing that has always bugged me, that if you want to rename a sequence you have to go to the project/bin panel...  Generally I keep my project panel at the top left with limited width so it's kind of a pain to rename something that you can't see the entire pre-existing name without increasing the width of the name field...   Not a big deal, but have always wondered why this wasn't enabled..   It was possible in the late lamented FCP7 (and it's percursors...).      Thanks as always for humoring me...
