Any Text to Speech Solutions?

I'm not here to advertising other products, but I really think PR should adopt some of the text2speech features. There are advanced Microsoft Text2Speech, and many other open source solutions. 

 

Apart from text2speech, there are many other AI-based video editing features back in those Tiktok videos.

 

Maybe Premier Pro is too traditional?
