Any way to do a real infinite horizontal scroll without having to use after effects?

I would like to add a news text ticker in all my videos. I create a video regulary. But using AE for news ticker inifite scrolling tech is a pain. Any better options?

*text not tech. They need to add an edit feature to these posts.

You will have to post quite a few posts first before being able to edit your own post. (due to spammers)

If you want something changed, just ask a mod.
