Auto Transcription corrections

I'm sure I'm not alone in working on edits with a lot of technical jargon/brand-specific words. Two things that would be really nice to have:

1. The ability to tell PPro a list of some jargon words. For example, I'm currently working on a job for "Malfy" gin, which PPro (understandably) transcribes as "Amalfi". So we could train PPro to realise that every occurrence of "Amalfi" should probably be "Malfy".

2. Failing that, a simple find-and-replace. I know there's a "find" feature, which is handy, but adding a replace feature would be nice (unless I've missed that and it's already there??)
