Conver SRT to VTT

We need to be able to convert SRT to VTT. Too many platforms use this, for this to not be addressed. Zoom, Webex, Youtube. Now a coworker announced it can be done in Davinci. Adobe needs to fix this as it has been discussed alot for years.

      It was carried over from the old UserVoice system, and I summarize it here:

      There are a number of converters online and otherwise that will do the simple task of converting srt to vtt. HOWEVER, the PR srt carries no position and very little styling information. And that is one of the reasons online platforms ask for vtt.

       

      @TeresaDemel is the product manager for this feature, and posted a survey. I just checked and it is still active. Her post and the survey link are here:
