Creative Subtitles like Captions / SubMachine

I'd love to see Premiere Pro natively support creating creative subtitles with ease.

With the transcription feature already in place, it'd be an incredible addition to be able to edit creative social media subtitles like they are often used on Podcast Clips / Social Media Posts / Shorts / Reels.

Is this something Adobe has planned for Premire Pro?
