Delete first 5-6 seconds and last 8 of every clip in project? We need scripting.

Delete first 5-6 seconds and last 8 of every clip in project? I'm trying to remove the intro and outro and there are a lot of them.

Either I can do it manually or script out the first 5-6 and last 8. The time of each clip varies so you can't just set the end times for all of them.

We need scripting.

So I've figured out how to do the first part but the last part requires math.. it should just be automatic with Scripting and especially with AI.
