Edit keyframe velocity numerically

On the daily I find myself in the Effect Controls panel, messing with keyframe handles in the graph editor for temporal interpolation trying to get nice ease ins and outs (the default Ease in/ease out settings often feel too basic). In AE there is a right click > "keyframe velocity" ... that gives me the option to put in the specific values I like. I'd love if there were something like this for Premiere — it would make things a lot simpler for me! Being able to dial in exact values and copy/paste them from one keyframe to another, or even create my own presets...???
