Feature Request: automatic backup save

Hallo,

Can you add an option to set a custom storage location for backup files in Adobe Premiere Pro? Previously, backups were automatically saved to the cloud, but since that feature was discontinued, there is no alternative. It would be great if backups could be saved automatically—just like the regular save function—without having to create them manually each time. This would improve workflow efficiency and ensure projects are always backed up properly.

Here's my workflow.  I save all my premiere pro projects in a folder that automatically backs up to dropbox.   The dropbox interface is not always intuitive, but once mastered is pretty much fool proof.  Because I subscribe to dropbox (with the adobe discount) I get access to all versions of the project for the last 30 days...    If you need any help with this workflow, post back.  That said, it's always a smart idea to doublecheck that your backup and autosave projects everyonceinawhile.

Maybe have your Autosave folder 'watched' by Drive or some other online service, so it sees a new file, and auto-copies that file online?

Right now, I always save a copy of the project in another folder manually, but it would be handy if this could happen automatically.

Yes, I want to choose a specific folder, e.g., a Google Drive folder, where Premiere always saves a backup file of all the projects when the project is saved, just like it did before with the cloud backups.

You mean something other than the Autosave option?
