Feature Request : Clarity Effect/Preset in Premiere (İmpressed with Clarity Feature in Lightroom)

I am impressed with the clarity effect/preset in Lightroom very much
Must be the Best Sharpening Ever
Need Clarity Effect/Preset Feature in  Premier
as the Premiere's sharpening is not good enough
