I would love a feature, similar to Excel, which would highlight the track name on the left as I'm hovering over the track. In that way, even if I'm dropping a clip onto the timeline on the far right of my 59" Samsung Odyssey I know exactly which track I'm dropping it to.
This request is specifically tailored for those editing on Ultrawide monitors.
I love the ability of having the entire timeline visible on my ultrawide. It's been such a game changer to my workflow.
However what I don't love is when dragging clips down to the timeline, unless I shift the drop point all the way left, I can't easily tell which track I'm dropping my clip to.
